Relationship of Heights – Problem 1

The ellipsoid height, h, of a control point is measured with a GNSS receiver.
  1. If h = +47.54 meters and the geoid undulation, N = +12.75 meters, calculate the orthometric height, H, in meters.
  2. If h = +54.14 meters and the geoid undulation, N = +24.72 meters, calculate the orthometric height, H, in meters.
